Corpus Christi HOG

We are a group of ladies that either ride, or are passengers, on the rides that our local HOG puts on.  Our purpose is to promote friendship, camaraderie, and put on events for the local community.

We sponsor bake sales, and help out a local charity by donating items at our bi-monthly chapter meetings.  We also organize rides, in conjunction with the activities officer, to view the Texas wildflowers, and make suggestions for activities during the week with the HOG.  Any ideas for rides would be welcomed, and discussed, then presented to the group. 

 

Our year culminates with the annual Christmas Party  which will be held on December 10th, 2021 from 6pm to 10pm, at Frank's Spaghetti House, 2724 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, Tx 78408, cost for 1 non-member is $25.00, there is a sign up sheet at CCHD front desk, see you there, it costs nothing to join the Ladies of Harley, and when you sign up for your National HOG membership, there is a box to check to be a national member, which will get you a Ladies of Harley pin and patch.

By joining the local HOG Chapter, you are automatically thought to be a member, and will be included on the e-mail list so that you know what our local group might have planned.

Ladies do you have “LOH” on your National HOG card?

Did you know that being a member of Ladies of Harley (LOH) is FREE? It is not, however, automatic. If you are a full, life or associate National HOG member you can join. You must contact HOG and tell them that you would like to be a member of LOH. Just call 888-CLUB HOG (888-258-2464) or you may update your profile at the Members Only website www.members.hog.com. Once you log into the Members Only area click the “yes” option on the Update Membership Profile page and you’re done! How easy was that?

 

Once you have joined you will receive a LOH patch and pin the first year and renewal LOH pins each year thereafter.

 

Often times there are misconceptions of LOH. LOH is a vital part of any HOG (Harley Owners Group) Chapter. LOH is a program that is sponsored by HOG to support women motorcycle enthusiasts. Notice I did NOT say RIDER. It doesn’t matter if you have your own bike and love the freedom of being the operator of the bike or if you are always a passenger. YOU can be a part of LOH! We may even have ladies who never get on a bike but still want to be a part of the lifestyle and support their rider!

 

LOH is not a separate organization but another benefit of HOG.

It is not a group of women trying to separate from the men but rather trying to encourage more members to be involved.

LOH was established to encourage women to become more active in HOG and their local chapters. Come to one of our meetings and get involved. Meeting dates, times and locations will be on the quarterly calendar and we look forward to meeting you!
